It was so wonderfully satisfactory for him going, and we knew that he was going to go. crowds, entertainers and dancers and all sorts of things at that particular moment. Except that we all said afterwards, "it wasn't bad enough." But it got a round of applause. But he was there on the death of Joffrey, which was so completely satisfactory. It was a nice little part I had, and was on quite a lot, but he didn't actually have to do with a lot of those great big moments. Who do you think had the best death? Remember, I only had a little part of this. And I did get it in one and then that was very satisfactory, and I was very happy to say goodbye to people on that particular moment. And I had to fall in a particular way, have my head at a particular angle and all that. It was such a mess, and I had to get it in one. The blood coming out and getting into my beard. The actual doing of it, we had to do it all in one take, of course, because I was such a mess. And I think that's a wonderful irony, which, the whole series is full of those if you care to look for them. I think I'm the oldest character in Game of Thrones - I started off at 102, so I suppose that left me at about 107, and I was killed by children. The actual death scene itself was so cunningly contrived, the way I was lured downstairs into this awful cell-like, prison-like atmosphere, and then the kids coming out of the dark. And this is exactly the sort of way I wanted to go out. The room is a torture chamber complete with the embalming apparatus like Teddy was using at The Holding.YES NOAnyway, to cut a long story short, I got the scene, and it was my death scene, which is a damn good scene. The scene that meets John and June is gruesome. This room is where Teddy committed the murders of the girls that John Sr.

A shift in the ground reveals another room, and it isn’t something pleasant. Life seems to be going smoothly for the duo until it isn’t. But, luckily for June and John Sr., they were able to survive in his bunker. He didn’t buy into his theory for all of his words about the end being the beginning, which is typical of most cult leaders. Teddy set this bunker up to sustain him for the long haul. This was a bit of a sad nod to June and John Jr’s days at the cabin playing Scrabble. There was food to prepare, electricity generated by a stationary bike, and even board games to play. But, even though the pair were stuck in the bunker, there were many things available to keep them occupied. This episode showed a Ground Hog Day of sorts, where each day’s routine was precisely the same. – Fear the Walking Dead Photo Credit: Lauren “Lo” Smith/AMC
